Medical emergencies

This website, WhatsApp and email are not monitored around the clock and must not be used for emergencies. In an emergency, go to your nearest emergency department or call emergency services immediately.

Appointment requests

An appointment request sent through this website or by WhatsApp is a request only. Your appointment is confirmed once the practice replies to you during consulting hours.

Walk-ins are welcome, although appointments are recommended.

Fees and payment

Consultation fees are payable at the time of the visit. Medication, laboratory investigations and additional consumables are charged separately where applicable.

Cancellations and late arrivals

Please let us know as early as possible if you cannot keep an appointment, so that the time can be offered to another patient. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.
